All staff has to be paid by hourly rates only. Work has to be paid (No volunteers).
The highest hourly rate must not be more then 4 times the lowest hourly rate (Excluding trainees). Trainee salaries must not be less then 75% of the lowest hourly rate.
Management and other important staff are rewarded by profit rewards; any other payments to management are not permitted. Age limit at staff
