Globalization explained

Globalization
Globalization normally means the affiliation to a common economics, to a Common Market and a common currency.

What we have today is NOT globalization!
Globalization means a global world system.
We have today a national world system with capitalism and mainly free trade.

National world system
The nations compete against each other on the world market.
Buyers on the world market want to buy the cheapest products.
So the winners are nations where the products can be produced cheapest.
This means mostly countries with low labor costs and cheap wages, with inhuman work and living conditions and without social security contributions.
To sell cheap the nation needs a low valued currency, but this means buy expensive, a cause of public debt caused by international trading.

Global world system
Global working regulations and conditions. A legal minimum prize of a working hour worldwide.
This causes that the products are basically produced where they are used.
At a global world system public debt caused by international trading/payments is not possible.
So this is the system we need for the future.
